 MSG John A. Wade is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and he graduated from Bartow Sr. High School in 1984. His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Award (2nd OLC), Army Commendation medal (8th OLC), Army Achievement Medal (3rd OLC), Presidential Unit Citation Award, Army Good Conduct Medal (8th award), National Defense Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon with numeral 3, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon with numeral 4, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge, and the Drivers Badge.

 

MSG Wade earned his Associates Degree in Information Technology from Pierce College and holds his  Bachelors of Science in Environmental Management with Columbia Southern University.  

   LTC William HOLT LIPTROT, JR.,                            D.Min.

Lieutenant Colonel  William Holt Liptrot, Jr., D.Min.,  ret. was hand picked by Office of the United States Army, Chief of Chaplains to serve as the first Military Chaplain to open a chapel at the United States Security Command, Joint Security  Area (UNCSB-JSA) on the Demilitarized Zone in Panmunjon, Korea, was born in Jacksonville, Florida. The son of an ordained minister, he too served congregations from 1981 - 1986 in Chicago, Illinois; Lansing, Michigan; and Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Liptrot's  distinguished military career with the United States Army spanned over three decades. Prior to entry on active duty, Dr. Liptrot was commissioned as a Chaplain Candidate serving at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas; Fort Riley's Disciplinary Barracks, Fort Riley, Kansas; and the 7th Infantry Division (Light), Fort Ord, California.
 

 His active duty  assignments included leadership with 4/22d (Light) Infantry at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; 2/34th (Mechanized) Infantry and 3/7th (Mechanized) Infantry at Fort Stewart, Georgia; 5/17th Calvary as Post Chaplain in Yonsangul, Korea; Fort McPherson, Georgia as Fort Gillem's Post Chaplain; and the United Nations USB-Joint Security Area prior to his appointment in as the 902nd Military Intelligence Group Chaplain at Fort George Meade, 66th Military Intelligence Group at the Dagger Complex in Darmstadt, Germany, and then to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.

 

 After completing undergraduate study at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, he earned the Master of Divinity degree at Northwestern University's Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, Evanston. Illinois and his Doctorate from the Assemblies Theological Seminary. His military education included the United States Army Chaplains Basic Course, Career Course, and Division Course, Combined Arms Service School, Command General Staff College, Combat Life Saver Course, Advanced Resource Management Training, the United States Army Logistics Management College and Advanced Suicide Prevention Studies at the Menninger Psychopathic Hospital and Clinic in Topeka, Kansas.

   Dr. Liptrot has served on boards of the Educational Testing Services (ETS), Princeton, New Jersey; the United Way of Clayton County, Atlanta, Georgia; a founding member of Governor Zell Miller's Interdenominational Human Relations Commission and Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Chapel Assistants.

   He is the recipient of the 2014 Veterans of Foreign Wars Teacher of the Year and awarded by Cadet Command, 6th Brigade's as one of the Senior Army Instructors of the same year.

         SFC Warren E. Evans

SFC Warren E. Evans is a native of Douglas,Georgia and he graduated from Watauga High School in Boone, NC in 1985. After, graduating high school he relocated to Valdosta, GA. He received a basketball scholarship from Abraham Baldwin College in Tifton Ga. It was there where he enlisted in the United States Army on August 7, 1990. He attended Basic Combat Training/Advanced Individual Training at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Throughout his military career he has been stationed all over the world to include Saudi Arabia, Germany, Korea, Egypt, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Fort Stewart, Georgia, Fort Lewis,Washington just to name a few.

His military education consist of Basic Training, Advance Individual Training, the Warrior Leadership Course, Basic Non Commissioned Officers Course, Hazardous Material Course, Computer Base Training, Recruiting School, Retention and Transition Course, and the Motor Transport Operators Course.

 

His awards and decorations include the Kuwait Liberation Medal, Meritorious Service Awards (2nd OLC), Army Achievement Medal (16 OLC), Army Superior Unit Award, Army Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award) Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (3rd Award), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (3rd Award), Driver and Mechanic Badge w/ Mechanic (CLASP).

​

SFC Evans earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Multidisciplinary studies from Grantham University (Cum Laude).
